WSB says Atlanta-based developer <strong>Jamestown LP</strong> wants apartments, a hotel, restaurants, retail, a theater, and a <strong>hockey complex</strong>. Atlanta News First says the centerpiece would be a <strong>20,000-seat arena</strong> designed to host a <strong>National Hockey League</strong> franchise, with a major part of the deal hinging on the NHL committing to bring a team to Alpharetta by <strong>2031</strong>.</p>
