&lt;p&gt;More than 280 people were living at the Reserve at LaVista Walk on Lavista Road when the Nov. 10, 2023, fire gutted the complex. More than 80 firefighters responded. Investigators later linked the blaze to fireworks on the roof.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
