&lt;p&gt;The ceremony, held inside the &lt;strong&gt;Georgia State University Convocation Center&lt;/strong&gt;, included all four of Dickens&amp;rsquo;s living predecessors — &lt;strong&gt;Andrew Young&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Bill Campbell&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Shirley Franklin&lt;/strong&gt;, and &lt;strong&gt;Kasim Reed&lt;/strong&gt; — seated in the front row of the dignitaries section.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
