&lt;p&gt;The series, now in its sixth year, runs every Friday evening through July 31. Participating restaurants offer to-go cocktails and special menus, and shoppers can take advantage of extended evening hours at many of the neighborhood&amp;rsquo;s retail stores.&lt;/p&gt;
