The Atlanta Hawks introduced newly acquired guard Lu Dort and second-year guard Ryan Nembhard to Atlanta reporters Monday afternoon, the day after a three-team trade with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Dallas Mavericks that sent 2024 No. 1 overall pick Zaccharie Risacher to Dallas. National outlets filed grades overnight as the structure of the deal continued to settle across the league.

ESPN’s Shams Charania first reported the framework on Sunday. The Hawks received Dort from Oklahoma City and Nembhard from Dallas, while sending Risacher and a protected future second-round pick to the Mavericks and two future second-round picks to the Thunder. Dallas also sent one future second-round pick to OKC as part of the three-way balance.

The Atlanta Hawks are trading 2024 No. 1 overall pick Zaccharie Risacher to the Dallas Mavericks and receiving Luguentz Dort from the Oklahoma City Thunder and Ryan Nembhard from Dallas in a three-team deal that sends three second-round picks back to the Thunder, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Sunday.

The move completes Oklahoma City’s summer of cost-cutting and gives Atlanta one of the league’s most respected perimeter defenders on a roster that has been searching for an identity on that end of the floor.
