The Rutgers product has played 11 NFL seasons with the New England Patriots, Tennessee Titans, New York Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and 49ers.</p> <p>&ldquo;Logan is a smart, physical player who has been a leader everywhere he&rsquo;s been,&rdquo; Falcons general manager Terry Fontenot said. &ldquo;He&rsquo;s going to be a great fit in our secondary.&rdquo;</p>
