The company is now valued at roughly <strong>$420 million</strong> post-money, according to a source familiar with the round.</p> <p>The startup, which builds <strong>API infrastructure for small-business banking</strong>, has 95 employees today — most of them in Atlanta. The new funding will be used to open offices in <strong>San Francisco</strong> and <strong>Seattle</strong>, double the Atlanta engineering team to about 200, and accelerate product investment in AI-powered features.</p>
