Participating restaurants offer to-go cocktails and special menus, and shoppers can take advantage of extended evening hours at many of the neighborhood&rsquo;s retail stores.</p> <p>&ldquo;Summer Fridays is the heartbeat of Buckhead in the warm months,&rdquo; said Buckhead Village District executive director Shirley Howard. &ldquo;It brings people out of their offices and into the neighborhood to enjoy everything Buckhead has to offer.&rdquo;</p>
