Federal judge certifies class action over Delta pilots’ unpaid short military leave
Atlanta News First and the AJC: U.S. District Judge Sarah Geraghty certified a USERRA class for Delta pilots who say the airline pays jury duty, bereavement, and sick leave but not short-term military leave of 30 days or fewer.
